Josh is Director of Technology at Navirum. He has 15 years of working experience in technology, of which 10 years has been in the Salesforce world. Working for 7 years for Salesforce in Dublin, Ireland – Josh has had the opportunity to gain Salesforce experience throughout the whole of EMEA. Working with small enterprise organisations in different industries to bring the value of Salesforce. Since moving to Panamá in 2019, he started adding value by working on Salesforce implementation projects throughout the Americas.
To make sure value is added, Josh enjoys working close with the clients to understand where positive impact can be achieved for short and long term to get the most out of their Salesforce investment.Keeping up with the #1 CRM in the world and ever changing industry & client demands; Josh is always looking to learn and develop himself whether client facing or with the team. At the moment he holds 7 Salesforce certifications, 1 Salesforce partner accreditation and holds PRINCE and ITIL certifications.Outside of Navirum & Salesforce, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 dogs on the beach and crossing off destinations of the (never-ending & always-expanding) travel list.
