Rory Galvin

After seven years at Salesforce and a background in investment banking, Rory Galvin saw a glaring gap in the market: financial services firms were trying to build serious Salesforce practices, but they were forced to rely on generalist tech partners. Too often, these partners were learning the nuances of the financial industry on the client’s dime.

Rory founded Navirum to change that model. Built strictly for wealth management, asset management, and capital markets, Navirum’s mission is to improve the quality of the financial system, equipping firms with senior-led Salesforce strategy, implementation, and managed services that connect data, automate work, and deliver measurable outcomes: faster onboarding, tighter governance, and lower operating cost.

Today, Rory works directly with operations and technology leaders across North America and Europe to help their firms move confidently into an AI-driven future. He guides clients in striking a critical balance: anchoring to what isn’t changing (the fundamental need to improve profitability, elevate the client experience, and drive growth) while outmaneuvering what is changing (faster compliance cycles, rapid technological shifts, and a ferociously competitive market).

From evaluating Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to pioneering agentic AI on Salesforce Data Cloud, Rory stays deeply connected to the trenches of the work, always taking the first client call himself.

Drawing on a career that includes past roles at Accenture, Bank of America, and Salesforce, Rory operates out of Montreal and New York. In both business and life, Rory balances his love of technology, people, and innovation. Outside of the office, he is a proud father who believes that staying active and continuously learning makes him a stronger leader and a better partner to his clients.
