Rory Galvin is the founder and CEO of Navirum, a Salesforce consultancy for financial services he launched in 2018. Before Navirum, Rory spent 15+ years in Salesforce’s Financial Services organization helping banks, insurers, and fintechs achieve measurable outcomes with Financial Services Cloud and secure integrations. Earlier, he worked in consulting at Accenture and as a Senior Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Rory holds a BA in ICT (Computer Science) and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin. He writes on Finextra, mentors founders with Futurpreneur Canada, is a proud Dad, and you can connect with him on LinkedIn.

The Name Navirum?

The name Navirum comes from a contraction of the Latin phrase navigare ad futurum, which loosely translates to ‘navigate to the future.’ It reflects what we do for our clients – helping them navigate toward the future potential of their companies. What started as a small attempt at originality has become a great conversation starter with staff, clients, and partners
