Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and optimize the client’s Salesforce environment to enhance efficiency and productivity. Your role will leverage your Salesforce expertise to implement effective solutions tailored to client needs. Additionally, your Quality Assurance (QA) experience will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of system implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce setup including user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Customize Salesforce by creating objects, fields, and flows.
  • Create & maintain reports and dashboards to track business performance.
  • Upload data using Dataloader.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure data security and integrity within Salesforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems as needed.
  • Create and run test plans to ensure Salesforce works correctly.
  • Test new Salesforce updates and features before deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a related position.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform functionality.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud is preferred.
